Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been a Romanian/German television and film actress for more than a decade. Alexandra is famous for her roles on Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra Maria Lara was the sole son of Romanian film actor Valentin Platareanu. At the age of 16 she portrayed the lead character in various dramas on television. After her critically acclaimed role in the TV movie Der Tunnel, Alexandra went onto play more notable parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary, Traudljunge, in Downfall. The film received nominations for an Oscar and was a critical as well as commercial popularity. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are two other Oscar nominees featuring models. Alexandra's career has seen her be involved in a variety of notable international and national projects. The projects include British biographical films Control Greek dramatic film The Dust of Time French historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. In addition, she was part of both the Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
